Responsibilities

This position will be in charge of brand & influencer marketing work for the Taiwanese market. Details are below:

Manage end-to-end monthly influencer marketing campaigns.
Manage & create creative content to build up strong social media channels in Taiwan.
Work closely with your direct supervisor, in-house teams, freelancers, and agencies (PR, advertising, market research, etc.) to ensure impeccable execution of all brand marketing activities and other related work.
Assist the direct supervisor in developing strong and good working relationships with media, KOLs, and influencers.
Plan, measure, track, and report the budget control & performance of all branding & influencer campaigns against goals (KPIs).
Propose initiatives to increase market share and the brand's reputation.
Perform other relevant tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
Support for content translation or contextualization into Taiwanese, if any.

Requirements

Proficient track record with minimum of 4-5 years of in-depth experience in executing brand, influencer marketing, or social media, particularly within the industry.
Up to date with the latest trends, technologies, tools, and methodologies in brand, influencer marketing, or social media, especially in the Taiwanese market.
Proficient in Google tools (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheet, Slideshow,...).
Strong creative skills, with excellent communication skills.
Self-starter, self-motivator and capable of working under minimum supervision.
Highly adaptable, collaborative, and can learn quickly to come up with prompt solutions.
Demonstrate high standards of work ethics, driven by quality & productivity.
Have a positive can-do attitude, have a keen eye for detail, have initiative, and be proactive, going beyond the call of duty.
Taiwanese with excellent English proficiency, especially communication skills. Benefits
