To lead local IT team for providing solutions design sessions with customers (internal and external) & implement IT projects smoothly & effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Install, set up the necessary computers & IT devices and ensure they always function well as expected.
• Analyzes, installs, administers, and configures the infrastructure systems in a distributed environment at the enterprise level; participates in capacity planning; supports the creation and the maintenance of infrastructure disaster recovery plans, monitors performance activities, and provides operational support; Implements and maintains software/hardware and analyzes performance; routinely configures and maintains physical and logical infrastructure components and provides support for them
• Manage IT inventory & completely manage full life cycle of IT devices such as computers, desktops, Laptops, switch, router,..
• Collaborate with IT team to support matching with business need. Collaborate with region & global IT to set up and install the IT devices in LF according to IT security and compliance policy.
• Periodically submit the report to IT manager by following the standard template.
• Ensure the tickets should be solved in expected timeline, alignment with SLA.
• Design the solutions by new/existing of the standards.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve the basic technical issue.
• Have technique and practice for client enquiries, troubleshooting and problem resolution and prioritization.
• To manage and troubleshoot problems/incidents promptly following established procedures.
• To develop project plans, implementation timeline and deployment schedules in relation to project and infrastructure projects.
• To work on IT project as per assigned.
• Rudimentary testing of development to Functional Business Requirements.
OTHERS :

- Product functionality recommendations.
- Conduct testing

Yêu cầu khác
• Requires an Associates Degree in computer science, information technology, system administration, and minimum of 3 years related system, network, or database administration experience required or a combination of experience and education. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ Years of IT infra/helpdesk experience.
• Microsoft platform, Citrix and virtual applications.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Having experience of logistics is advantage
• Working knowledge of office 365, PC Computing, Basic Networking, Printing, Drive Network, Antivirus on Client Side, Update at Client Side ...
• Good understand the computer system, mobile device and other end point tech products.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve the basic technical issue.
• Have technique and practice for client enquiries, troubleshooting and problem resolution and prioritization.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
