• Provide daily 1st and 2nd level IT support to user physically and remotely as when required

• Work with the Data Center teams and assist with projects, rollouts, and testing as needed. Coordinate efforts with other countries' local IT Support to ensure solutions are fully tested and full site/company roll-out is completed

• Work with IT Security team to improve IT security within the business and infrastructure (including patching)

• Ensure the preparation and maintenance of documentation (asset inventory such as license, laptops, hardware) manuals, and user notes

• Responsible for governance & control change management to ensure standardization across ASEAN

• Work closely to close IT security gaps within the infrastructure

• Key and escalation point within support team to address complex issues and questions

• Drive continuous improvement for IT support operation
