Injection Maintenance Technician

At least 4 years' experience in plastic company as similar position.
Intensive and deep knowledge in Injection Moulding Operation, Injection parameter, Plastic experiment; have Mold Making experiment is a plus, familiar working in plastic injection industry, a solid experience and expertise within the functional area - and is capable of transforming this knowledge and experience into results through solid trainer skills and behavior.
Degree in engineering, or mechanical is a plus.
Working knowledge of process safety, risk assessment and compliance with regulatory standards
Strong knowledge of process optimisation techniques, lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies and statistical analysis.
Problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex process issues.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Traveling (occasionally, based on business needs)
Time flexibility (sometimes support for weekend shifts needed)
Fluent in English (Writing and Speaking) is required
