About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, confident, and experienced individual to join our team as a Business and Technical Support Analyst. The Business and Technical Support Analyst will serve as a vital link between business needs and technical solutions, combining analytical thinking and AI-driven approaches with hands-on support to ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and continuous improvement across systems and processes.
Key responsibilities
A. Innovation Technology
Business Analyst• Gather and analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
• Translate business needs into clear innovation technical support deliverables and propose effective solutions.
• Collaborate closely with KPMG departments to drive discussions, align objectives, and identify effective solutions.
B. Technology Support
• Provide first-level support for internal applications, tools, and automation solutions.
• Assist in designing, testing, and optimizing AI prompts for internal tools.
• Support on solution design for innovation technology solutions that address business needs and drive digital enablement.
C. Project Management Support
• Support to track progress and ensure timely follow-up on action items with KPMG departments.
• Act as a bridge between business team and technical teams to ensure clear communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project updates, requirements, and deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Information System, Innovation Technology, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year in a hybrid role involving business analysis, technical support, or project coordination. Exposure to AI tools, automation, or solution design is a plus.
• Be able to think both as a user and a business owner.
• Good analytical and critical thinking.
• Good presentation and documentation skills.
• Good communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passionate about exploring innovative technologies and translating knowledge into practical, value-driven solutions.
• Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office.
