Mô tả công việc
Perform opening and closing duties for each shift, and check on the same for waiters
Set trolleys and trays according to orders and standards
Accurately record and coordinate all orders delivery
Ensure clear and effective communication with the kitchen and other colleagues
Ability to understand guest needs
Ability to handle complaints
Ensure that hot food is maintained and delivered hot, and all cold items are delivered cold
Ensure that trolleys and tray are promptly removed from guest rooms and corridors
Knowledge of guest profile and special requests
Inspect, plan and ensure that all equipment is kept clean and organised
Check storage areas for proper supplies, organisation and cleanliness
Raise requisitions for additional supplies when needed
Assist in training of the team
Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up
Supervise the maintenance of service equipment
Monitor standards of guest facilities and services
Supervise functions

Yêu cầu
Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
