Inspections Team Leader

HQTS Group is looking for Inspections team leader to join our operation team in Vietnam taking care of Vietnam and the South East Asia operation. Detail of Job, please read below description:
Scope of work
1. To assure inspection team working smoothly and effectively.
2. Arrange all in inspection order in South East Asia.
3. To explore new resources and partners in South East Asia and assure labor force for business.
4. To control inspection cost, resources price and payment.
Duties and tasks
1. Confirmation of Service Capabilities in SEA
o Plan in advance for operation in term of expense and resources;
o Monitor daily operation;
o Assure minimum complaint rate every month subject to 0;
o Handle of abnormalities during inspection if any, instant help of solution;
o Lead team of conducting complaints, finalizing root cause and working out solution for client, CAPA for internal team.
2. Management of the Inspectors team
o Analysis of inspector recruitment needs;
o Set forth Job description for HR recruitment process, CV filtering and interview assessment for new staff;
o On-board arrangement of Inspectors and staff;
o Training staff (Inspector, freelancers basic train);
o Assessment for appraisal, promotion, demotion, dismissal of Staff.
3. Management of outsourced parties in SEA
o Find new resources and partners for services in SEA;
o Negotiate and check capability of new resources;
o Contract & review contracted Partners, tightly coordinate with Compliance Dept. for terms and all related commitment policy;
o Appraisal of Contracted Partners;
o Research and propose of new services and new products.
5.Account and Finance support
o Audit reliable when required;
o Check reimbursement claim and submit for approval of inspection cost;
o Confirm report price & complaint penalties if any to HR before payment;
o Provide account payable list for inspector and outsourcers to account department;
o Follow up with account department to assure for payment to inspectors & partners.
6. Finish other necessary job appointed by manager.
