Mô tả công việc
Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients, understanding their investment goals, risk tolerance, and financial preferences.
Actively promote and market VPS Securities' institutional services to local and international clients.
Collaborate with the Institutional Sales team to service an assigned book of clients and generate new client relations.
Engage in digital calls, face-to-face meetings, and presentations as directed by the Department Head.
Stay informed about market trends, financial products, and competitor activities.
Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding market conditions, investment opportunities, and relevant financial products.
Collaborate with internal teams, including research and trading, to ensure optimal service delivery to institutional clients.
Participate in external sales and marketing activities, including client meetings, corporate access visits, seminars, presentations, and industry events.
Work closely with other VPS Securities employees to support the delivery of institutional sales services and contribute to business development.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or related fields.
Proven experience in institutional sales, with a deep understanding of financial markets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage in digital and face-to-face interactions with clients.
Knowledge of various financial products and investment strategies.
Understanding of the major buy-side investors trading in Vietnam, including long-only, ETFs, and Hedge Funds.
Awareness of competitors in the institutional services space.
Fluent in Vietnamese (native) and English (business fluent).
State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) Broking related licenses.
Proven experience in institutional sales, with a deep understanding of financial markets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage in digital and face-to-face interactions with clients.
Knowledge of various financial products and investment strategies.
