_Responsible for issuing and reviewing long-term maintenance plans: Collect and analyze data (such as trouble reports, MTBF/MTTR, and 7MWT) to review and develop long-term maintenance (LTM) strategies, including predictive and preventive maintenance programs for Instrumentation equipment.
_Develop, review, and update maintenance documents (SOP, WI, JP, JSA) to ensure strict adherence to approved guidelines when implementing maintenance programs and activities for all related electrical systems, equipment, or devices.
_Prepare and execute daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly maintenance plans and schedules based on the Long-Term Maintenance Plan and the annual preventive maintenance schedule.
_Respond promptly to on-call and emergency situations in the PVC Plant to maintain plant performance and ensure safety.
_Implement Management of Change (MOC): Design and calculate modifications for Instrumentation equipment, such as transmitters, control valves, and on/off valve systems. Issue maintenance schedules, work instructions, and procedures related to MOC after completion.
_Conduct failure investigations: Perform root cause analysis for major equipment failures, implement corrective actions, and follow up on their effectiveness.
_Issue monthly reports: Prepare a monthly performance report, including an expense report comparing actual costs with the budget, investigation updates, and progress on MOC actions.
_Implement OPEX & CAPEX budgets according to schedule.
_Prepare specifications and item codes for
purchasing materials and equipment.
_Supervise and train technical team members as necessary.
_Oversee project production efforts to ensure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time, and within budget.
_Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager or higher-level Superiors.
