Mô tả công việc
_Responsible for issuing and reviewing long-term maintenance plans: Collect and analyze data (such as trouble reports, MTBF/MTTR, and 7MWT) to review and develop long-term maintenance (LTM) strategies, including predictive and preventive maintenance programs for Instrumentation equipment.
_Develop, review, and update maintenance documents (SOP, WI, JP, JSA) to ensure strict adherence to approved guidelines when implementing maintenance programs and activities for all related electrical systems, equipment, or devices.
_Prepare and execute daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly maintenance plans and schedules based on the Long-Term Maintenance Plan and the annual preventive maintenance schedule.
_Respond promptly to on-call and emergency situations in the PVC Plant to maintain plant performance and ensure safety.
_Implement Management of Change (MOC): Design and calculate modifications for Instrumentation equipment, such as transmitters, control valves, and on/off valve systems. Issue maintenance schedules, work instructions, and procedures related to MOC after completion.
_Conduct failure investigations: Perform root cause analysis for major equipment failures, implement corrective actions, and follow up on their effectiveness.
_Issue monthly reports: Prepare a monthly performance report, including an expense report comparing actual costs with the budget, investigation updates, and progress on MOC actions.
_Implement OPEX & CAPEX budgets according to schedule.
_Prepare specifications and item codes for
purchasing materials and equipment.
_Supervise and train technical team members as necessary.
_Oversee project production efforts to ensure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time, and within budget.
_Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager or higher-level Superiors.
Yêu cầu
• Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Technical Expertise:
_Strong knowledge of PLC, DCS, HMI systems, and process instrumentation (e.g., level, flow, density, weight, pressure, temperature, actuators, PH, metal detection, gas and others).
_Skilled in predictive and preventive maintenance, equipment modifications (MOC), and failure analysis.
o Experience in the installation, calibration, configuration, and maintenance of instruments.• Maintenance and Budget Management:
_Ability to develop and implement long-term maintenance programs (LTM).
_Skilled in managing maintenance schedules, budgets (OPEX & CAPEX), and monitoring expenses.
• Analytical & Reporting Skills:
_Ability to analyze complex data, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
o Experience in preparing detailed reports, including performance, MOC progress, and budget comparisons.
_Use standardized templates for JSA, WI, and SOP to ensure consistency and ease of use across all documents
• Problem-Solving & Flexibility:
_Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations and manage troubleshooting.
_Willing to work overtime and adapt to changing needs or duties beyond regular scope.
• Leadership Skills:
_Proven ability to lead and supervise technical teams.
_Capable of training and mentoring staff to improve technical capabilities.
• Communication Skills:
_Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
_Ability to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Experience:
_At least 5 years of relevant engineering experience, including 2+ years in maintenance.
_Previous experience in a chemical plant or similar environment is preferred.
