IMS Implementation & Compliance: Lead the integration of management systems (ISO, Six Sigma) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Change & Culture Management: Drive change management initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Project Management: Plan, organize, and manage IMS-related projects to achieve defined goals and timelines.
Audits & Certification: Lead internal/external audits, ensuring certification readiness and continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Training: Work cross-functionally to ensure proper IMS training and adherence to standards.
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use data to monitor performance, resolve issues, and drive results

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
Certifications: Lead Auditor in ISOs; Six Sigma or project management certification preferred.
Experience: > 11 years in IMS, change management, and project management in industrial sectors
English: Proficient in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. (is a must)
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, audit management, and problem-solving skills.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
Certifications: Lead Auditor in ISOs; Six Sigma or project management certification preferred.
Experience: > 11 years in IMS, change management, and project management in industrial sectors
