Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Integrated Marketing Communications Strategic Planner to join our team at Pencil. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive integrated marketing communications strategies that drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and achieve business objectives across various channels.
Report to: Executive Creative Director
Key Responsibilities:
Develop integrated marketing communication strategies that align with client objectives and target audience preferences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, PR, advertising, and events.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights that inform strategic planning.
Create detailed campaign briefs and messaging frameworks that guide content creation and distribution.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in integrated marketing communications to drive innovation and creativity in campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in integrated marketing communications, strategic planning, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies across various channels.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
