Job Description:
The Integrated Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated media strategies that align with our marketing goals and objectives. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and analysis of multi-channel media campaigns, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media planning, digital marketing, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Media Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive integrated media strategies that align with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and synergistic campaign efforts.
Identify target audiences and determine the most effective media channels to reach them
Campaign Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, print, and broadcast.
Coordinate with creative teams to develop compelling and effective media content.
Manage budgets and timelines to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize future campaigns.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on campaign results
Market Research:
Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior
Use research findings to inform media strategy and campaign development
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of media planners and buyers
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in media planning, buying, and strategy.
Proven experience managing integrated media campaigns across various channels.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in media planning and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
