JOB DESCRIPTION
GEM is looking for Back-end / Integration Engineers to design, develop, and maintain healthcare system integrations. The role involves working with HL7 v2 messages, FHIR resources, and implementing solutions using Microsoft BizTalk Server and Logic App.
Analyze, design, and develop HL7 v2 messages (ADT, ORM, ORU) and FHIR resources (Patient, Encounter, Observation).
Perform data mapping and transformations based on business requirements.
Implement integration solutions using Microsoft BizTalk Server and Logic App, including BizTalk Mapper (schemas, maps, functoids) and orchestrations.
Design and implement messaging & integration patterns: pub/sub, FIFO, request/response, fire-and-forget, retry, dead-letter queue, etc.
Work with at least one messaging platform: Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka, MSMQ, or equivalent.
Develop and maintain solutions using C# / .NET, integrating with REST/SOAP APIs.
Manage logging, tracking, and relational database (SQL) operations.
Support debugging, monitoring, and troubleshooting for integration flows.
Yêu cầu
Proficient in HL7 v2 and knowledgeable in FHIR.
Solid understanding of healthcare data and workflows.
Hands-on experience with Logic App and Microsoft BizTalk Server.
Strong skills in XML/XSD/XPath/XSLT and system-to-system data mapping.
Experience with messaging patterns and at least one messaging platform.
Proficient in C# / .NET, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL.
Strong debugging, monitoring, and troubleshooting skills.
Fluent in English.
