Mô tả công việc

Technical Interior Designer (competent Revit skills is essential)
Establish projects, prepare design stage structures for commencement activities and work with Manager to create project goals
Assist the Manager at each phase of the project and provide team instruction to understand project goals and timeline
Ability to coordinate with third parties including other consultants and contactors, and carry out site inspection, supervision and report findings to Manager
Provide high-quality, technically accurate documentation to an internationally acceptable standard and professional service
Be fully aware of all project goals and issues, and maintain regular up-to-date project status reports to the Manager

Yêu cầu

5 years experience (minimum)
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-up, and others a plus
Experience in Hospitality & Residential is preferable
Knowledgeable of interior design space and function
Good at technical documentation (detailing, specifying and presentation)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to learn and adapt to new challenges and experiences.
Team management / Team leadership exposure
Good time management
Highly responsible and hard working
Good written and spoken English
