1.JOBS OBJECTIVE:
As an interior designer at Modale, you would collaborate with the Sales team to advise on design trends and product selection, ensuring client satisfaction and boosting sales. Understanding customer needs and preferences, creating cohesive design concepts and moodboards that coordinate furniture, fabrics, and accessories for inviting spaces.
2.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consulting on mood boards and shaping design styles for customers
Consulting and choosing furniture for customers from size, material, color as well as function
Advise customers on fit out packages from kitchen lines, functionality, kitchen materials and equipment, cabinets and fit out packages according to customer requirements
Consulting on decoration and arrangement for customers' homes upon request
New showroom design in conjunction with A&S
Manage and deploy drawing documents, approve materials and construction details with contractors. Supervise the construction process from concept to completion and use to ensure compliance with the original design
Monitor the contractor's progress to match the business plan and new showroom opening
The designer will select furniture in terms of style, size, color as well as arrange the current layout for the model apartments.
Shopping and decorating model apartments
Modale Design VN gives the project to a third party after consulting, orienting and agreeing on the plan with the customer.
Manage and deploy ideas for external consultants
Manage design progress of external consultants to match customer requirements
Manage and check drawing documents and approve materials submitted by contractors
Coordinate with contractors to provide fit out quotes according to design. Review BOQ to ensure compliance with the customer's design and budget
Manage the contractor's construction progress.
