Intermediate Accountant

Crossian is looking for a detail-oriented Senior/ Intermediate Accountant to perform and coordinate accounting duties within our organization. The accountant's responsibilities include preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, preparing tax returns, assisting with audit preparations, and performing other accounting duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Actively contribute to improving current accounting processes and efficiencies. Liase with our CFO team in the US for internal accounting compliance for Canada, US and Vietnam.
- Perform accounting activities as well as periodical accounting and financial reports.
- Summarize and prepare monthly VAT, quarterly CIT declaration.
- Ensure payments for partners/employees/consultants are paid on time.
- Supervise and do monthly reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Coordinate with other departments to solve the related problems
- Support other departments in operational activities
- Review contracts/agreements from partners
- Ensure that all cash receipts are posted daily and matched correctly.
- Implement the accounting reports, and tax reports to related authorities.
- Ensure compliance with all accounting policies, procedures and internal controls.
- Handle the reconciliation for banking transactions.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Accounting Manager/Team Leader.
