Intermediate UI/UX Designer (Full-Time, Hybrid)

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. The ideal candidate will have a good portfolio demonstrating their design capabilities and experience in creating user-centered designs for B2B SaaS products. As a UI/UX Designer, you will work with our Product Owner, developers, and stakeholders to create visually appealing and functional user interfaces for our B2B SaaS product targeting Vietnamese companies.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Product Owner to understand product requirements, user needs, and business goals.
Design visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency across all platforms and devices.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders and users.
Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points, validate design decisions, and inform future iterations.
Develop and maintain a design system and UI pattern library, ensuring consistent and coherent user experiences across the product.
Work closely with the development team to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented and provide guidance on design best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate new ideas into the product as appropriate.
Present and defend your design work to the team and stakeholders, demonstrating the rationale behind your design decisions.
Provide time and effort estimates for design tasks, and deliver high-quality work within the agreed-upon deadlines.
