UpTik is looking for energetic and confident Livestreamer Interns who are passionate about social media, beauty products, and e-commerce. You will support and participate in TikTok livestream sessions, engage with viewers, and learn how livestream commerce drives brand growth and sales performance.
Job ResponsibilitiesLivestream Support & Hosting
Participate in TikTok livestream sessions for Brand Universe and other client brands.
Introduce products, explain features and benefits, and interact with viewers during livestreams.
Support livestream operations such as pinning products, releasing vouchers, and promoting special offers.
Audience Engagement
Answer customer questions and comments in real time.
Encourage viewers to engage, follow the channel, and make purchases.
Maintain a positive, friendly, and energetic presence throughout livestream sessions.
Content Preparation
Assist in preparing livestream scripts, product information, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to brainstorm livestream ideas, mini-games, and sales campaigns.
Performance Learning & Improvement
Learn how to analyze livestream performance metrics such as viewers, engagement, and sales.
Receive coaching and feedback to improve hosting and sales communication skills.

RequirementsBasic Qualifications
Students or fresh graduates are welcome.
No specific educational background required.
Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking in front of an audience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and confidence in engaging with customers.
Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points)
Interest in beauty, skincare, fashion, or e-commerce.
Experience creating TikTok content, videos, or livestreams.
Familiarity with TikTok Shop.
Basic English communication skills.
Strong social media awareness and understanding of TikTok trends.
