Develop 360 presentation for each new launch to recap all available Marketing tools for affiliates
Follow up on all affiliates launch tools (sampling, GWP, POSM)
Benchmark competitive makeup brand and trends on social media Affiliates marketing coordination
Daily support for Affiliates (visuals, marketing tools, presentations, etc)
Business developmentConsolidate monthly sales performance and distribution rollout by country
Follow up on stock level
Support manager in preparing presentations & business meetings (with clients, business partners, distributors, affiliates)
Qualifications
The successful candidate will ideally have a marketing/business background and currently be in their final year of studies. They will demonstrate initiative and work relatively autonomously, without the need to be directed in minute detail every day.
They will be a conscientious team player, enjoy working to deadlines and effectively communicating with people at all levels. Excellent organisational and analytical skills are essential in addition to being proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
This role would appeal most to candidates who would enjoy working in a small, friendly office. Fluent in English with some exposure to the beauty, fashion or consumer goods industry will be much appreciated.
Overview:
The Intern will work closely with the Consumer Engagement Manager & Retail Marketing to assist with marketing campaigns, programs and launches for the brands. This position will assist with the smooth operation of the department's ability to reach the company goals.
This person will manage multiple projects simultaneously. He/she will have the chance to gain valuable hands-on experience by working closely with cross-functional departments/teams
Key Responsibilities
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure functionality and coordination of the department's activities.
Support the Retail marketing team in organizing and reviewing various projects.
Update spreadsheets and databases with statistical, financial and non-financial information.
Assist in the organizing & preparing promotional events, press event, atrium event, digital campaigns, and attend events to facilitate their success.
Support Retail marketing for in-store event, promo mechanics,
tester and VM implementation
Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback
