Role Overview
April is seeking Intern Marketing & Project Management Officers for a human resource project that serves the global creative industry. The Intern Marketing and Project Management Officer is a dual-role position that provides support in both marketing activities and project management tasks. Key Responsibilities:
1. MARKETING:
E-Marketing Campaigns:
• Manage and execute e-marketing campaigns across various platforms, including emails, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
• Ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing messages to target audiences.
Content Management and Follow-up:
• Oversee the creation, distribution, and follow-up of all e-marketing content, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with brand strategy.
• Track and analyze the performance of e-marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Brand Materials Support:
• Assist in the development and design of brand materials, including the company profile, sales kits, and internal training materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all materials are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with the brand's identity.
2. PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
Stakeholder Coordination:
• Serve as a point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and coordination between all parties involved.
• Track project progress, manage timelines, and report on the status of various tasks to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Sector Exploration and Learning:
• Demonstrate a willingness to explore and learn about new sectors relevant to the projects at hand.
• Conduct basic market research to support project decisions and provide insights into new opportunities.
Data Analysis and Categorization:
• Collect, categorize, and analyze raw data related to ongoing projects, providing accurate and actionable insights to the project team.
