Understand work processes, and ensure all stores follow company policies and procedures through in-store audits.
Check CCTV when there are signs of fraud from employees and handle it promptly.
Check sales revenue and cash at the store (Sudden check).
Inspect the store for displays, goods, canceled goods, personnel, and services when directed by the Manager.
Manage and audit security guards to ensure compliance with company regulations and policies to ensure that security guards comply with regulations.
Perform inventory at the store when directed by the manager.
Yêu cầu
Education & Knowledge: Bachelor's or College degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in Internal Audit or a similar role, preferably in retail or FMCG industry. Available for weekly store visit and business travel
Skills & Abilities
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Having problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented with a high sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
