Mô tả công việc

Performing the full audit cycle including risk management and control management:

Prepare the annual risk assessment and internal audit plan for all operational functions.
Periodically and non-periodically conduct the audit engagements according to the approved audit plan.
Identify areas for improvement and propose appropriate recommendations
Prepare and submit the internal audit reports for Operations Director's review and follow-up corrective action progress after audit.
Perform independent assessment of the control environment surrounding business processes or activities.
Assist the Operations Director in the performance of special audit assignments and investigations.
Coordinate to set up, review and enhance the SOP.

Be business partnership and decision support by:

Prepare the monthly rolling forecast budget for the purchasing of materials.
Coordinate to prepare the yearly budget for the factory, compare and analyze the actual with budget figure.
Perform the cost-benefit analysis for new investments and improvement projects.
Coordinate with production, planning and supply chain departments to review and manage the inventories on a monthly basis.
Prepare and update the group risk management report and sustainability report.
Other jobs will be assigned by line manager.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in accounting, finance, business or related field.
5+ years of auditing and consulting experience with at least 3 years performing audits for FMCG companies.
Ready to travel to local cities and provinces for business
Able to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision.
Being excellent at numerical data.
Decisiveness and analytical thinker
Honest, hard-working
Good communication, investigation and presentation skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Fluent with spoken and written English
