Assist in planning and executing periodic/ad-hoc stock takes at stores and warehouses.
Participate in stock counts and reconcile system data with physical inventory to ensure accuracy.
Analyze inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and prepare reports with recommended actions.
Review compliance with internal policies and procedures at stores/warehouses; identify gaps and issues.
Perform internal audit assignments as planned, document findings, and propose improvements.
Prepare audit reports; follow up and support corrective action implementation.
Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports as required.
Support risk identification and propose appropriate control measures.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
Experience in FMCG or retail chains is a plus.
Good command of English or Chinese (both spoken and written).
Proficient in Excel and accounting/auditing software.
Detail-oriented, honest, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willing to travel to stores when required.
