1> Audit Operation
- Assist in conducting quarterly independence testing as required by PepsiCo's Global Control Standard for key business processes.
- Monitor the quality of self-testing by verifying that test scripts are followed correctly and that an adequate sample size is maintained.
- Work closely with Process Owners and Control Owners to communicate self-testing results and report any key control failures.
- Follow up with Control Owners to ensure scheduled testing aligns with PepsiCo's Global Control Standard requirements.
- Monitor the progress of subsequent action plans communicated by stakeholders.
2> Business Partnering
- Conduct regular checks for Segregation of Duties (SOD) conflicts and, when necessary, authorize system access.
- Provide advice and support to users, ensuring strict adherence to local policies, processes, and Schedules of Authority (SoA) to comply with processes and PepsiCo's Global Control Standard.
- Assist Internal Control Manager in preparing for annual Risk Assessment & Fraud Risk Assessment, revising, and updating all processes (flowcharts, test scripts) in a timely manner.
3> Process & Control Improvement Project
- Collaborate with Internal Control Manager on process and control improvement projects.
- Participate in ad-hoc task forces as required, such as system implementations or specific assignments.
