ABOUT US:
Brighton Investments is a young company operating in the retail sector, specializing in premium consumer goods and seeking a candidate who embodies the following criteria: Discipline - Collaborative - Flexible - Productive. With a focus on data-driven operations, we are currently in the process of building our ERP system to streamline our business processes and enhance decision-making.
Our work environment is youthful, dynamic, fast-paced, flexible, and encourages pro-activeness. Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to drive product visibility and sales in the retail sector.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Enhance Company Culture by building up internal events and activities to keep good connections between employees and bring up spirit for employees.
- Propose, build and measure the effectiveness of internal communication content to propagate and engage all employees through online - offline channels.
- Prepare internal communication plans, projects for the company.
- Ensure communication plan is consistent and reflects the organization's vision.
- Develop, enrich and diversify more information channels and new internal information pages to share and transmit information among staff and promote internal resources
- Measure and evaluate the effects of communication plans and estimate the expenditure as well.
- Execute steps within a certain time frame.
- Ensure employees are engaged in company initiatives.
- Coordinate with other departments to implement internal events and activities
- Edit and revise content to disseminate information to all levels

Yêu cầu công việc

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource/Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resource or Administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
