Job Description

Develop and lead the implementation of the internal communications strategy for the organization, including key messaging, communication channels, and tactics.
Create diverse internal communications materials, including announcements, email updates, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations,...
Manage the company's internal communications channels
Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure that internal communications are timely and relevant.
Work with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure that all internal communication is aligned with business objectives and supports the company's culture and values.
Effectively communicate organizational initiatives and projects to employees, stakeholders, and the public.
Act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure effective communication and resolution of concerns.
Collaborate with Management to address issues and implement solutions that contribute to a motivated and engaged workforce
Driving initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and employee communications and leading various activities to support organizational goals, including Developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive company and work culture
Establishing a culture of empowerment and collaboration
Creating frameworks for proper controlling of the involvement, evaluating employee experience, and maximizing diversified communication channels for effective information spreading.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications, and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis
Organize and manage internal events and other initiatives to promote employee engagement and strengthen the company culture

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Public relations, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in internal communications management.
Experience in developing and implementing company activities.
Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft various types of communications and adapt to different styles in both English and Vietnamese
A creative and passionate approach to people's engagement - Outstanding communication abilities
Possess the ability to build trust among workers.
Excellent analytical skills to accurately determine the needs of employees, analyze feedback, and convert it into recommendations that can be put into practice to enhance the working environment of a company.
Organizational abilities for a range of administrative responsibilities, including managing benefits administration and keeping up with personnel files.
Proven ability to influence and facilitate decision-making.
