Internal Compliance and Audit Staff (Lotte Properties Hanoi)

• Analysis and update Vietnamese law and regulations related to company business and operation.
• Study policies, standards, regulations issued by head quarter and company.
• Conduct Regulatory Affairs training to relevant staff members of the company if required.
• Support in develop annual audit plans based on the head quarter and company's objectives and priorities
• Participate in conduct audits of compliance, operational, and financial areas in accordance with internal audit standards and best practices.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, policies, and procedures, and identify gaps and weaknesses.
• Prepare audit report
• Recommend corrective actions and solution to improve work ethic and work process
• Conduct risk assessments
• Other tasks assigned by Manager and Team Leader.
