Source, evaluate, and select suitable contractors and suppliers for company projects, ensuring quality and competitive pricing.
Negotiate and sign contracts with contractors, monitor contract performance.
Participate in project design and construction processes, provide input to optimize costs and ensure quality.
Manage and monitor project budgets, identify and address arising issues.
Develop and maintain a centralized management system for projects and CAPEX, enabling detailed tracking by work items, construction projects, and contractors.
Perform debt reconciliation with contractors.
Other tasks as assigned by manager.
At least 3 years of experience in project management.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
