Mô tả công việc
- Check incident report & daily activities report & department highlight report
- Check G.I.F report & daily activities report & operational highlight report
- Hotel round (swimming pool, Floors, gyms, lobby)
- Check the pool area, make sure the chairs, pillows are neatly arranged
- Random check of floors, room and defects, air condition in floors and rooms, ensure arrival rooms are properly cleaned then report in daily briefing
- Grooming check for all staff, make sure the staff are neatly dressed and standing in the right position
- Any issues that need to be noted and reported in daily briefing
- Lobby round (meet with guests, Observe associates in the lobby)
- VIP room check
- Make a report and post it to the Lavela zalo group
- Drafting contracts, making proposals for the sales department

Yêu cầu
- Graduated from college or higher.
- Priority is given to candidates who have graduated with a major in Tourism Management/Hotel - Restaurant/Administration and have held a similar position.
- Have skills in using office information technology and document editing.
- Have skills in analyzing, synthesizing and managing records and documents.
- Good communication and problem solving skills.
- Able to speak and write good English.
