Mô tả công việc

POSITION OVERVIEW
Carrying out inspection plans for production and operation activities of the Company in Hai Phong. Participating in the development and improvement of procedures and regulations; proposing preventive solutions to avoid risks and ensuring compliances and efficiency, security and safety in the Company. Supporting and participating in training/guiding employees to help them understand the procedures and regulations and comply voluntarily.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implementing regular/irregular inspections of the compliance with internal procedures/regulations of the Company in Hai Phong. Investigating and pointing out non-compliances or violations, finding route causes and proposing solutions.
- Inspecting non-compliances or violations of the Company in Hai Phong as requested by Senior Leaders.
- Identifying operational risks and proposing solutions to Senior Leaders.
- Post-checking the reports of inspections of the Company in Hai Phong to ensure accuracy and truthfulness.
- Updating inspection records for training and lesson learnt purposes.
- Other tasks assigned by the Internal Inspection Director.

Yêu cầu

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, law or similarity.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in quality control, internal audit, compliance inspection... in manufacturing.
- Good at English.
- Logic thinking, data analysis, planning & reporting skills, problem solving.
- Integrity, transparency, dedicated, able to work under high pressure and good teamwork.
