Mô tả công việc
• Conduct thorough research on target market, competitors, customer needs, market trends & channel to develop oversea business plans;
• Develop and implement business strategies to reach export sales target annually;
• Find and build good rapport with oversea clients/partners;
• On behalf of the Company to attend International Trade Fairs to promote company reputation and identify prospective customers;
• Estimate feasibility on markets regarding local business frameworks and conditions (legal, financial ...) and establish contacts to the local authorities;
• Conduct and negotiate business deals in respect to manufacturing and logistical issues;
• Build up and lead the International Business Development team;
• Tracking financial transactions and market databases;
• Plan, facilitate, and/or conduct complex negotiations;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education background:
• Graduated major in Economics, Banking, and Finance, Business administration, International Relations; Knowledge
• International Trade & Business Law
• Knowledge of feasibility analysis assessing potential gains against potential risks
• Knowledge of sector/products (plastic, ceramics ...)
Working Experience:
• Proven working experience in international business development, international sales executive or a relevant role
• At least 7 to 12 yrs of experience
• Proven international sales track record
• Hands-on experience & network in the specific countries including knowledge of business culture & practices, major players ....
Foreign Language:
• Fluent in English
Skills:
• Experience in a consultative B2B, solution based sales;
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills;
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
• Marketing skills including market analysis, go-to-market strategies, market expansion strategies
