Position Description:
The International Communications Coordinator is, first and foremost, responsible for expanding ENV's individual donor base through targeted fundraising campaigns, international media and social media. She is also tasked with English language content creation and editing, and with supporting the Communication and Public Awareness (CPA) team leader in managing the CPA department.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Expansion of individual donation program and donor care
- Develop fundraising initiatives and campaigns targeting individual donors
- Donations management
- Initiate fundraising initiatives targeting Vietnamese donations
- Increase ENV exposure on international media
- Manage ENV's English language websites and social media accounts
2. English language editing
3. Support to the ENV Communication and Public Awareness Team Leader
4. Other specific duties
- Reporting: Produce internal reports, work plans, donor reports, individual donor reports, and other written English outputs based on the outcome of various ENV's campaign activities
- Other assignments: Complete other tasks as assigned by your immediate supervisor, manager, or member of the management board.

Requirements:
• University degree
• Female, Native-English Speaker
• Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to pay attention to details and carry out work accurately, meeting high-quality standards
• Excellent communications skills and an ability to communicate and work with others
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and pay close attention to details
• Outward character and diplomatic skills;
• Outstanding organization, management and leadership skills;
• Open-minded and possess strong potential to quickly learn new ideas and adapt to ENV's non-traditional way of working;
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Knowledge of conservation issues (preferred);
• Knowledge of government structure and mechanics (preferred);
• Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Internet
