Job description
Source and identify qualified suppliers, negotiate commercial terms and pricing, and ensure product specifications meet internal requirements while optimizing costs.
Collect information, prepare reports for the Head of Department regarding supplier-related matters, negotiated commercial terms, and supplier selection recommendations.
Monitor contracts, obtain price approvals for purchase orders, and follow up on payments to suppliers.
Provide interpretation support during meetings with business partners.
Perform other tasks as assigned and discussed during the interview process.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Business, Chinese Language, or other related fields.
Proficient in Chinese or English (equivalent to HSK5 or above, Advanced HSKK, or IELTS 7.0) with interpretation capability.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in international
purchasing, including import documentation checking, Letter of Credit (L/C) processing, and international payment procedures.
Confident communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to communicate and work effectively with foreign partners.
High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
Strong information synthesis, computer literacy, and proficiency in office equipment.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Saturday: 08:00 AM - 12:00 PM
