Mô tả công việc
Job Description.
1. Find international customers, includuding production plant (which use PP as input materials for their production) or traders that trade this product with big volume in the international market. (ASIA, EUROPE, AFRICA, AUSTRALIA, USA, LATIN AMERICA...)
2. Introduce about the products of the company that meet customer's need. International sale should research for the customer's need to recognize if the product our company has is suitable for customer's need. If yes, process the next step to offer the price and other conditions of the contracts, orders like volume, payment term and delivery time....
3. Follow the price of product in the international market closely and carefully to predict the the price and the volatility trend of the price in the future and give best offer to customers that can close the deal and also bring utmost profit to the company.
4. Close deal with customer to sign contract and follow up shipment from step of getting orders/contract until receiving full payment and goods arrive at pod and released by cnee, support customers when needed.
5. Be responsible of following up payment and collect receivables.
6. Report weekly to sales manager about progress of developing list of customers, find solution together to match all requirements of customers and sign contract.
7. Report montly to sales manager about revenue targeted at the end of the month, and methods, solutions to increase revenue step by step.
8. Coordinate with other people in logistics team (docs, cus...) and accounting team to take care of customers effectively so that can sustain long term relationship with them.

Requirement
1. Graduated from Univeristy, good command in speaking and writing English
2. Having at least 1 or 2 years of experiences in the plastic and chemical field and have available customers is an advandtage, can accept fresh graduate with distinguised skills.
3. Excellent in communication skills.
4. Results driven with a positive attitude and capable of working under pressure
