Mô tả công việc
- Research market, products, competitors, approach new customers, expand strategic customer accounts (for cashew kernels exported to over 100 countries including America, Europe, Japan, Korea, Australia......)
- Search, exploit and develop relationships with customers and potential partners through many different channels such as Alibaba, WhatsApp, B2B website....
- Consulting and supporting customers on products and services, negotiating and signing contracts. Deploy customer care.
- Work interaction with other departments such as documents, customs, logistics ...
- Work with other domestic suppliers
- Work at factories to guide product introduction to customers, work abroad to meet customers when necessary ...
- Proposal to develop pricing policy, discount policy, bonus policy, payment
- Advising leaders to propose policies, implementation plans, predicting product and market trends
- Solving problems with shipments if any.....
