Mô tả công việc
Position 1: Operator Motion Comparison with Standard (Phase-II)
• Objective: To optimize current hardware & software (simple app) to compare operator's micro motions with micro-motions specified in Garment Sewing Data (GSD) to find motion variations in almost real-time to improve learning curve and efficiency.
• Potential Methodology:
o Study micro-motions data in GSD and video of trainer & operators.
o Study current algorithm & optimize for almost real-time human motion analysis.
o Optimize prototype for motion capture.
o Modify current app showing comparison results with GSD Data as per end user requirement
o Pilot solution in production & implement changes for production roll-out.
o Transfer all material including source codes, algorithms etc. to HBI.
• Inputs from HBI:
o Videos of trainer (Standard-GSD)
o Micro-motion data from GSD
o Videos of operators performing same operation as trainer.
o Current algorithm, app & hardware configuration.
• Hardware:
o Hardware: HBI
o Computer/PC for processing: University
• Software:
o Use of open-source software libraries is preferred, however, University to propose for special software/library if necessary.
Position 2: Computer Aided Garment Measurement
• Objective: To develop system (hardware & software) to capture, measure & record all out-form measurements as per Quality Specifications without using measurement scale in production environment.
• Potential Methodology:
o Study Quality Specifications.
o Suggest low cost hardware for images capturing & lighting.
o Research available methods of detecting edges/out-form & defects in low contrast & varying lighting condition.
o Develop & test various algorithms & create database.
o Develop simple app showing results with results saved in database.
o Present results with app & propose necessary hardware for production roll-out.
o Transfer all material including source codes, algorithms etc. to HBI.
• Inputs from HBI:
o Quality Specifications
o Garment Samples
• Hardware:
o Vision System Hardware: University or HBI
o Computer/PC for processing: University or HBI
• Software:
o Use of open-source software libraries is preferred, however, University to propose for special software/library if necessary.

Yêu cầu
Internship Qualification:
• Master (Preferred)/ Bachelor in Computer Science (Undergraduate/ Graduated)
• Knowledge of Python programming.
• Knowledge of Simple SQL data queries.
• Knowledge of various vision algorithms for object detection, recognition & classification from image & video.
• Knowledge of deep learning algorithm will be plus.
• Able to develop simple app for user input & result visualization.
• Able to work at Plant in Hung Yen as required (offer shuttle bus from Hanoi)
• Duration: 6 months (Offer salary)
• Opportunity to work in Thailand or India ( offer accommodation & travelling expenses)
