Mô tả công việc
Be a main contact point for Transport Order (TO) creation in Transport Management System (TMS).
Overland TO Desk responsibility:
Collect & verify transport related information such as commercial invoice, cargoes, incoterm, etc. provided by suppliers & warehouse team.
Create/ update TO in TMS based on defined work instructions and standard processes.
Monitor TO's status & e-docs from open to close.
Report to direct superior in case of exceptions.
Any other task assigned by the direct superior from time to time.
Yêu cầu công việc
Preferable students in last semester related to Logistic, Foreign Trade, International Trade, Supply Chain, Customs Clearance, etc.
Good English communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel is a must. Optional: Word, PowerPoint. Power BI or Python is an advantage
Proactive, hardworking, and independent
Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development
Students with dynamic experience in school/social activities will have a big advantage
Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university
Preferable candidates who can work full-time (8hrs/day, Mon-Fri)
