Mô tả công việc
My Source Global is a sourcing and trading company. We provide exceptional product and factory sourcing, product development, quality control, distribution and manufacturing control across South-East Asia since 2009.
Overview the role:
• Analytically minded individual needed to forecast customer demand using quantitative data analysis and market intelligence while maintaining minimum inventory levels.
• Understand the production technique, product characteristics, quality standards of the company.
• Conducting market research, as well as creating cost estimates and forecasts.
• Maintaining strategic relationships and developing strong partnerships.
• Regularly update the market trends, prices, competition, legislation.
• Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies, company code of ethics and procedures guidance.
Responsibilities:
• Collect, analyze and report various POS & replenishment metrics on a weekly basis to Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance with the ability to summarize data graphically and provide key call outs.
• Compile sales & replenishment metrics from year to year for various items to forecast upcoming sales and help with budgeting.
• Work with external customers as well as internal cross-functional teams to drive sales and maximize inventory investment.
• Ensure in-stock level, fill rate & MABD parameters accurately reflect business trends and company goals.
• Collaborate with Customer replenishment teams to manage inventory at item/store level, writing orders when necessary.
• Review item level forecasts and adjust according to trends and seasonality.
• Assist Sales & Marketing by reviewing major planogram resets in advance to help determine buy and build amounts.
• Prioritize and balance a continuously changing workload while maintaining a strong sense of urgency in anticipation of customer's needs.
• Assist in writing vendor purchase orders to arrive as needed.
• Support and proactively look for improvements to the planning process.
• Be carefully, flexible solving problem & ensure not affect to company performance.
• Keep to respect deadline, timeline assigned by Manager.
• Comply with the instructions of the management team.
• Well understand company regulations & policies.
• Friendly cooperation, professional attitude in company.
• Other duties may be assigned by management team.

Yêu cầu
Candidate requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Statistics or similar analytical degree required.
• 2-4 years of experience, with at least one year of experience analyzing Retail products needed.
• Must possess strong deductive reasoning, analytical and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Must be detail oriented with the ability to query appropriate sales data from customer web portals (for example: Retail Link/Luminate, Partners online, Vendor Portal, etc.).
• Advanced level Microsoft Excel skills utilizing pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, filters, etc.
• Must have ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. Intermediate level skills in database, word processing, and presentation. Travel 10%-15%.
• Ability to work overtime during high demand and travelling, if necessary. A team player with a high level of dedication to service.
• Strong Leadership skills.
• High level of attention to details and analytical thinking.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Vietnamese. Third language is a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced experience in Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint, MS Team.
• Experience in order tracking and management is key.
• Strong ability to problem solves in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills including: the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels and message appropriately and the ability to readily work across multiple departments in a collaborative manner.
Terms: Perm (2 months' probation)
Salary/rate: To be Negotiate

Location: 2nd Floor, 218 Nguyen Van Huong, Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
