Investment Banking Manager

Requirements:
• Education: Graduated from a top-tier university or international institution, majoring in Finance, Banking, Economics, or Accounting.
• Certifications: CFA, ACCA, or CPA certification is a plus.
• Experience: More than 05 years of experience for Manager in investment banking, asset management, deal advisory, or related fields, with a strong track record of successful deals
• Knowledge: Candidates with understanding of capital raising transactions, procedures and legal framework with a focus on Debt Capital Market is a plus
• Skills:
o Strong ability to work independently in client acquisition and relationship management.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
o Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
o Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
