In-depth coordination with RM to manage customers and provide investment consulting information and portfolio management solutions, understanding customer needs and risk appetite; Advise on investment portfolios and introduce investment products to customers who have used investment products and customers who have not used investment products; ensuring high quality service, creating customer loyalty with bank.
Offer bespoke advice (e.g., asset allocation, investment products) consistent with single clients
Monitor performance of key client portfolios, provide regular market updates (e.g., potential risks & opportunities, update daily market and investment information for the RMs in charge, support RMs with investment-related transactions, connect with internal departments to resolve arising requests and problems of cutomer) and generate investment ideas, propose rebalancing actions (as necessary)
Responsibility to complete the KPI of investment products according to client portfolio/ business units in charge
Promoting the sale of investment products for RM forces, reviewing the list of potential customers and programs, the rate of customer using investment products, the rate of selling products of RM portfolio or area in charge.
Training product knowledge, consulting skills, regularly updating information on investment products for RM specializing in Affluent and Private segment at business units and RM all regions, according to the direction of Investment Products & Advisory department
Proposing to management of Units about how to implement and increase sales of investment products of high-end customers and RMs of the managed unit.
Comply with the regulations of the Bank and segments on operations, giving accurate and adequate advice to customers .

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Educational Qualifications
University degree (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics, Investment ect...). MBA / CFA / CFP / Other consulting and investment certificates will be preferred
Having completed courses in financial analysis is an advantage
2. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
Be in-depth knowledgeable about banking, financial products and investment products
Relevant prior experience: e.g., 8 - 10 years in financial services3 and 5 - 7 years in investment consulting / asset management for VIP clients
3. Skills
Deep understanding of investment products, financial and banking markets
Experience in financial advisory, portfolio analysis of customers
Ability to work independently and effectively in groups
Effective communication and interpersonal & skills, Able to explain investment concepts clearly, client service driven and can gain client confidence
English proficiency is an advantage
4. Relevant Experience
Prioritize candidates with experience in securities companies, fund managers specializing in securities brokerage (broker), call for investment capital
Prioritize candidates with experience in consulting & selling investment products for Affluent and Private segment
5. Required Competencies
Be proactive in work, making plan and following closely with the plan
Mastering professional knowledge, providing detailed, clear and transparent advice on investment products for customers
Always and closely monitor the investments of Affluent and Private customers in business branch
Always comply, be honest and transparent, ensuring trust from leaders, colleagues and customers .
