About This Role
As a part of our growth strategy, we are looking for an Investment Manager / Associate - Deal Origination who will be primarily responsible for deal sourcing, cultivating referral partnerships, and building strong relationships with entrepreneurs. We are looking for a "people person" who is energised by expanding their network and will leave no stone unturned in identifying companies who could benefit from Beacon's financing.
Key Responsibilities
● Bring in new high-quality pipeline opportunities for the fund through direct outreach to entrepreneurs, our network of referral partners, and other creative methods.
● Actively develop and implement win-win strategies to expand and strengthen the fund's network of referral partners.
● Build trust with pipeline companies and manage the relationship throughout the deal process, from first contact to closing, with a keen eye on getting deals across the finish line.
● Work with the investment team to perform initial and in-depth due diligence on target companies.
● Keep our CRM up-to-date so we can generate insights to inform our pipeline, partnership, marketing strategies.
● Work with the marketing team to support the creation of content and campaigns to increase our brand awareness and outreach.
● Assist with administrative and project-based responsibilities on ad-hoc basis.

Yêu cầu

● Bachelor's or equivalent degree
● Boundless energy & passion for networking, business development and sales
● Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
● Experience working with SMEs and/or with organisations which serve SMEs
● High degree of taking initiative, see challenges with positive and open mindset
● Sounds business judgment and good problem-solving skills
● Fluent in English and Vietnamese

● This position should expect around 20-30% travel domestically and occasionally abroad.
