Investment Manager (Health insurance)

1. Implementation of the investment strategies:
Assist in identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities available in the market;
Prepare investment proposals for senior management and/or Board approvals;
Assist in building relationship with banks, securities firms and asset management companies;
Implement investment decisions and execute investment transactions;
Assist in monitoring external asset management companies;
Monitor the performance of investment portfolios and recommend necessary actions.
2. Reporting
Prepare monthly and quarterly investment reports for management, investment committee, Regional Office and Head Office;
Co-ordinate with other departments (actuarial, finance, retail, ...) to complete report requirements.
3. Investment policies and procedures:
Assist in adoptation and localisation of the Group and Regional investment and investment related guidelines and policies;
Assist in proposal of the Strategic Asset Allocation of the investment portfolio;
Adhere to relevant local and Group compliance guidelines and obtain satisfactory audit and regulators' review reports;
Ensure full compliance with Group Investment Governance Policy.
4. Other:
Participate in presentations to key distributors, business partners and customers (if required);
Other ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Head of Investments and management from time to time
