Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Investment Manager role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
The Investment
Manager will identify and evaluate real estate and related investment opportunities, conduct financial and market analysis, and develop investment proposals aligned with the group's strategic goals. Daily responsibilities include performing due diligence, building and reviewing financial models, tracking portfolio performance, and preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership. The role also involves collaborating with internal departments and external partners, monitoring market trends and regulatory changes, and supporting negotiations and transaction execution to optimize returns and manage risk.
Qualifications
Strong capabilities in Investment Management and overseeing diverse Investments across real estate and related sectors.
Proficiency in developing and implementing Investment Strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
Robust Analytical Skills for financial modeling, valuation, risk assessment, and market research.
Solid foundation in Finance, including understanding of capital markets, funding structures, and financial reporting.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Experience in real estate investment, asset management, or corporate investment roles is highly advantageous.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to make sound, data-driven decisions under time constraints.
Fluency in Vietnamese and proficiency in English for professional communication and reporting.
