JOB SUMMARY
• As an Investor Relations Senior Executive, you will:
• Be responsible for doing research on macro economy and pharmaceutical sector/competitor information to understand market trend and the company's position.
• Ensure effective communication regarding financial performance, corporate strategy, and other relevant matters to key internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist Investor Relations Director in all related projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborates with internal teams (e.g. Accounting, Finance, Legal, Operations, Marketing, PR, Supply Chain) and
business leaders to collect and share information, align and build consensus, and deliver a common message platform.
• Maintain a contact list of investors and analysts, as well as handle the distribution of selected press releases and other materials.
• Monitor and ensure timely follow-up of incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries, and handle the process as needed.
• Plan and execute administrative duties and logistics for investor relations events for the senior management personnel, collaborating closely with the IRM and liaising with multiple internal and external parties
• Research and screen investors, the new potential investors, keep an accurate record of interactions and track and measure activity using information tools in investor relations.
• Assist the IRD in gathering information, preparing investor communication materials & internal memos and reports; maintaining the archive of broker research.
• Support maintaining and updating the investor relations website.
