Mô tả công việc

Job Description
1. Validation of customer sales volume forecast and demand planning alignment with RBU
2. Preparation of S&OP cycle. Volume allocation amongst IPN plants and creation of monthly delivery plant in consideration of bottleneck (material, plant capacity) and target stocks.
3. Coordinating with plants and rBU to take actions in case of capacity shortage, material unavailability or sudden customer demand change. Support communication & escalation with customers and stakeholders.
4. Frequent update of IPN consolidated customer and plant delivery (daily, weekly, monthly) in running stocksim and update long-term customer forecast
5. Logistics KPIs monitoring (inventory, LOG cost, LIWAK, container loading...). Other improvement projects
6. Other tasks, projects assigned by leader.

Yêu cầu

1. Education
University Degree (Bachelor/Master)-prefer in supply chain management.
English proficiency
Chinese is advance
2. Work experience
3-5 years in HcP-functions/IPN planner (familiar with Pushbelt-Production).
Bosch-experience preferred, cross-function working experience
MS excel, SAP demand planning, business warehouse reporting, power BI
3. Traits and Skills
Customer-oriented, independent, attention to detail.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure & resolve conflicts.
Good problem-solving skills.
Highly competent in MS excel, SAP PA5 demand planning, SAP business warehouse.
