Mô tả công việc
- Monitor and control product quality during the production process to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
- Conduct in-process inspections and patrol checks; identify, record, and report quality issues within lead time
- Handle non-conforming products and coordinate with relevant departments to implement corrective actions
- Analyze process quality data and support root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of defects
- Ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures, work instructions, and inspection standards on the production line
- Maintain inspection records, reports, and quality documentation accurately
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Yêu cầu
- College degree or above
- Experience in a similar position in electronics manufacturing companies
- Strong English communication skills are required; proficiency in Chinese is a plus
- Proficient in 7 QC Tools, priority fluency in using JMP
