- Maintain, update and control QMS documents:
- Support implementation and maintenance of QMS per ISO standards
- Work closely with consultant, customers, auditors for factory audit and follow up with internal teams
- Monitor compliance with procedures across departments
- Plan and conduct internal audits.
- Prepare audit schedules and checklists.
- Issue audit findings / nonconformities.
- Follow up corrective actions to closure.
- Prepare for external certification audits.
- Coordinate with certification bodies and auditors.
- Track audit findings and closure status.
- Conduct QMS / ISO awareness training.
- Train employees on procedures and document changes.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor degree in relevant fields (Prefer in quality management, Industrial engineering or management)
- 1-3 years experience in ISO:9001 for manufacturing field (Prefer sofa/furniture industry)
- Knowledge of International Organization for Standardization 9001 requirements
- Plus to have ISO 9001 internal/lead auditor certification
- Problem solving and proactive
- Able to communicate in English
