Mô tả công việc

- Co-ordinate with cross-function team to prepare and verify documents for internal/ external audit according to ISO 9001, IATF 16949.
- Verify potential risk impact to get and maintain ISO 9001, IATF 14949 certification .
- Study standards, requirement regarding Battery Cell, Battery Pack, ESS (Energy Storage Solutions) at different market.
- Ensure procedures of company are released and complied promptly, strictly link between procedures.
- Work with other departments in Manufacturing, Quality, Development division to build and propose procedures and give related formats.
- Implement internal/external audit and find the problems and give countermeasures to continuously improve procedures.
- Debug and Troubleshoot errors when release document, align to IT team to fix issue.

Yêu cầu

- Education: Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanic, Mechatronics engineer or equivalent degree.
- At least 5 years' experience in manufacturing company, Quality control system / or Quality Assurance.
- Knowledge in implementation/ involving follow compliance (ISO 9001) in QMS.
- Have knowledge and experience in internal/external audit follow ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949
- Problem solving and analysis skill, find out root causes and improvement.
- Strong English writings and communication skills to enable effective discussion with local and international teams.
- Highly motivated, self-starter, and active learner with strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to perform successfully in multi-national relationships.
- Ensure meet and follow plan, timing of project deliverables.
