IT Administrator

Part I: Job Purpose

He/she will provide day-to-day client services to our internal customers. Primary objective is to provide first level contact and support in all IT aspects to ensure operational efficiency in the company.



Part II: Major Accountabilities

1. Answer and log all support calls into the Helpdesk System

2. Provide 1st and 2nd level support and escalate to the next level if problem cannot be resolved

3. Setup and provide technical support for all computers and P+F Standard software

4. Procurement and disposal of all IT related hardware and software

5. Source and obtain hardware and software quotes on behalf of users

6. Setup and provide technical support for all office and production printers

7. Provide support for Windows account management

8. Provide support for Mobile devices

9. Maintain the IT Asset Management System to ensure that all assets are recorded, updated and removed when required

10. Ensure daily backup completed successfully and save keeping of the backup media

11. Provide 1st level support and troubleshooting for Internet connection

12. Setup and provide technical support for all Docview station

13. Orientation IT training for new employee.

14. Create document user guide.

15. Monitor VN server performance and support IT SEA do maintenance for VN IT equipment.

16. Support PIT SEA to roll-out new production application/enhancement, assists in troubleshooting and analysis, coordination between PIT and TPUs.
